How it works
Support Model Overview
Every organization starts with Intake, then moves into Assessments matched to their Service Domains. From there, a Practice Coach unlocks the TA Services your organization works through for each of its grants — matching each request to an available, correctly specialized member of the RTAC support team.
Intake
An orientation session with a Program Specialist, required before Assessments can begin.
Assessment
A Practice Coach specialized in your Service Domain deep-dives the topic area with you.
Technical Assistance
TA Services are unlocked and ordered for each grant, ready to work through.
The grants behind that support are grouped into three work streams — see Work Streams →
Best fit for RTAC
RTAC can support organizations at any stage of their journey — whether identifying priorities, exploring opportunities, or implementing funded activities.
RTAC helps connect organizations to the resources, expertise, tools, training, and technical assistance needed to achieve their goals.
